Creamy Relish or Tartar Sauce:  Combine 1/2 cup of mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon
of pickle relish.  These amounts can be adjusted to taste.  Make a fancier tartar sauce
by substituting chopped olives or hot peppers for the pickle relish.
