1) Barf or Pickled Egg Salad:  Make pickled eggs (hard-boiled eggs sitting in beets, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in fridge for two days) or use store bought ones. Remove yokes and mix with all other ingredients except egg whites. Chop egg whites and stir into yoke mixture. Great warm or cold especially in a sandwich with a tangy flavor and firmer texture than regular egg salad.

1 dozen pickled eggs
1 cup mayo
tablespoon mustard (optional)
parsley (optional)
salt
pepper

2) Bowl of Leaves or Baby Spinach Salad:  Hard-boil eggs and cook bacon until crispy. Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Even the kids will like this one.

1 bowl of baby spinach (about one bag of the triple-washed stuff)
6 hard-boiled eggs
6 strips of bacon
olive oil (about 1 quarter cup)
apple cider vinegar (about 1 quarter cup)
salt
pepper

3) Pus or Creamy Honey Mustard Sauce:  VERY IMPORTANT - Mix mayo and honey first or you'll get lumps. Then mix in mustard. Great to use on salmon (especially with dill) and chicken fingers.

Equal parts of:
mayo
honey
mustard
some dill or parsley (optional)

4) Blood or Homemade Tomato Soup:  Take one can of quality tomato sauce and pour into sauce pan. Heat and serve. This is much tastier and much healthier than mass-produced tomato soups. Optional ingredients include basil, milk or cream, onions, oregano, parmesan cheese, garlic, pasta...the possibilities are endless. Ingredients like onions must be cooked first.

5) Creamy Relish or Tartar Sauce:  Combine 1/2 cup of mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon of pickle relish. These amounts can be adjusted to taste. Make a fancier tartar sauce by substituting chopped olives or hot peppers for the pickle relish.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon pickle relish
